Timber Ridge Web Site Reservation Policies
All fees are due upon arrival at the course.
All reservations must be booked with a valid credit card and expiration date.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
No single player bookings.
Maximum of four tee times to any person or group.
Timber Ridge reserves the right to move singles and twosomes to other groups to best utilize our tee time reservations. Any changes made to your reservations will be confirmed to you via e-mail.

Note: Five tee times or more constitute a group outing and require a written contract and signed cancellation policy.

Please contact group reservations toll-free at 1-888-GO-RIDGE (1-888-467-4343) to book your outing. Guests with coupons or discounted fees may not reserve a tee time on our Web site. All must reserve by phone. These programs will not be honored upon arrival if booked on our Web site, even if it is a part of another person booking the group.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of tee time reservations and/or changes to the reservations must be made by phone or in person no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled tee time. Timber Ridge will issue a cancellation number. This cancellation number is proof of cancellation. If the reservation or change to the reservation is not canceled by this time, the credit card holder will be responsible for all applicable fees, with the credit card being automatically charged. Cancellations or changes CANNOT be made on our Web site.
